Ask About an Outdoor Lighting Repair
Start with an enquiry about your existing system. Send photos of the affected lights and any visible wiring, plus a short description of the symptoms and your location. We’ll discuss whether we can help and the service terms before arranging an appointment.
The $149 service charge includes the first hour. Additional time is $95 per hour. We confirm the repair scope and service terms before the appointment.
Dark Zones or Flickering Lights
Tell us which lights are dark, dim or flickering, when the change began, and whether one fixture or a whole zone is affected.
Wires, Splices & Fixtures
Share photos of exposed or damaged cables, loose fixtures, or lights disturbed by landscaping. Include any recent work around the affected area.
Timers, Photocells & Transformers
Describe lights switching at the wrong time or a system that has stopped responding. If known, include the timer or transformer model.

Example Calculation: Systems over 40 fixtures are quoted individually, so a 60-fixture system on the Signature Plan gets a custom annual price based on the exact fixture count.

Every maintenance visit includes our exhaustive diagnostic sweep to catch minor issues before they become major problems.
Transformer Health
Test amperage, verify core load is under 80%, and check terminal block security.
Timers & Photocells
Ensure accurate schedules, update for sunset times, and test light sensors.
Voltage Checks
Test voltage at each fixture to ensure it falls within the optimal 10.5V - 15V range.
LED Diodes
Inspect for lumen depreciation, color shifting, or moisture intrusion.
Cables & Splices
Check for exposed wires, heaving cables, and verify grease tube integrity.
Fixture Housing
Inspect brass/copper for corrosion, clear debris, and lubricate O-rings.
Aim & Optics
Re-align fixtures disrupted by weather or landscapers for perfect illumination.

The $49 Quick-Fix
Accidents happen. A landscaper cuts a wire, or a stray football breaks a fixture. For our Signature and Estate members, non-warranty service calls are reduced to a flat $49 trip charge (plus parts). Standard repair service is $149 including the first hour, then $95 per hour for additional time.
Warranty Conditions Note
Our brass fixtures carry a lifetime warranty, and our LEDs carry a 5-10 year warranty. However, warranties do not cover damage from third parties (landscapers, pets, acts of nature) or lack of maintenance (e.g., severe hard water buildup destroying lenses). An EverGlow 365 plan ensures your system stays in warranty-compliant condition.
